The SRA, along with nearly 50 other people have objected to this development primarily because the plans represent an overdevelopment of the site with a building that is totally unsuitable for its location. Precedence within the road shows there is no reason why it needs to be like that.
The planning application has now been rejected by CDC, but it is very likely to come back in another form soon so please keep a look out for it. We will let you know when it does.
